It is a unique Soba restaurant with the whole glass front. It would be a different experience to sit next to a person you newly meet at a straight table. Nobu makes Itsaan style handmade Soba which is combination of wheat & buckwheat with the ratio of 2:8. Apart from Soba, there is also some simple Japanese side menu and sake.
