A French restaurant called Moulin which opened in 2013, located in a quiet Seochon alley. You can enjoy French dining experience at a classic salon decorated with the objet of vintage pepper mills (moulin de poivre) that the owner chef collected in France. They only receive reservations which enables them to provide delicate service in a private space. The chef, Yoon Yerang, who majored in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu shows classic French cuisine focusing on the basics by using domestic seasonal ingredients and interpreting the food with her unique senses.
